A major renovation is underway, led by the company Global Green. They are nationally renowned for upgrading and modernizing fraternity and sorority houses. Over $25,000 has already been spent and a three step plan is still in the works along with many upgrades. The house will also soon have a new roof. Hopefully by this fall.

Brief History |
|
The Beta Pi chapter house of Beta Theta Pi has been standing ever since 1927. In 1925, a great fire ravaged the original chapter house and funds were raised to build this new one.
